Example sentences for: half-sites

How can you use “half-sites” in a sentence? Here are some example sentences to help you improve your vocabulary:

  • We think of each of the two equivalent, symmetry-related RNA-binding sites as being comprised each of two half-sites, where we define a half-site as representing the contribution of a subunit to one complete binding site (see Figure 3).
