Our work largely corroborates the validity of this classical naming scheme, but adds several names for branches representing sequences that do not fit into any of the previously described subfamilies, or that fall into one of the catch-all subfamilies (such as OPK_Other) whose members do not form a well defined sequence cluster in the phenogram.
