The dystrophin complex is also found concentrated at the neuromuscular junction with AChRs and laminin, and for this and other reasons is thought to be involved in both formation and maintenance of the NMJ [ 2 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 ] .

  • Agrin dramatically increased the proximity of receptor aggregates, while laminin stimulation resulted in random distributions of aggregates.
