How can you use “degs” in a sentence? Here are some example sentences to help you improve your vocabulary:

  • For instance, the proportion of unchanged genes (non-DEGs), p 0 , equals the sum of the proportion of true negative and the proportion of false positive: p 0 = TN + FP , and the proportion of significant genes at a certain significance level α equals the sum of the true positives and the false positives: p (α) = TP + FP .
